I’m Josh, a lifelong foodie turned professional chef. Growing up, I was always in the kitchen: helping my grandma roll out dough, learning how to blend spices, and experimenting with recipes late into the night. Cooking wasn’t just a hobby; it was a way to connect, to celebrate, and to share love.
After training at Johnson & Wales University and working in high-paced kitchens, I realized my true mission: to bring restaurant-quality meals into people’s everyday lives. Whether I’m preparing a private dinner in someone’s home, catering a special event, or leading a cooking class, I aim to create more than just a meal — I aim to craft an experience.
